Use cases

Laser cleaning options are constantly extending. Laser Clean discovers and studies new cleaning materials on daily basis. We are working with everything from removing classical corrosion to restoring facades of natural stone buildings.

For example, car and equipment metal parts, concrete, tiles, asphalt surfaces, plastic products and others — the laser cleaning method allows cleaning of countless items requiring gentle and sterile cleaning.

REMOVAL OF RUST

Industrial laser cleaning systems are more known for rust removal options. They are applied in a number of industries, such as manufacturing and heavy industry.
Laser cleaning can be used to clean or deoxyde parts, that are covered with rust from being stored in a warehouse for longer periods.
One of the main advantages of laser cleaning is the rust removal without chemicals, dust pollution of spaces etc.

RENOVATION

Compared to traditional methods used in the restoration process (such as cleaning with water blast or sandblast) an excellent result is achieved by laser cleaning. Laser cleaning has additional advantages such as option to regulate laser ray width for proper processing of surfaces of different sizes and shapes, as well as there is no physical contact of the cleaning object and laser equipment. This aspect can be really important when processing fragile materials.
Important that additionally to aesthetically appealing results, laser cleaning has no adverse effect on basic cleaning material.

WELD JOINT CLEANING

Preparation of welding surfaces and welding are very important processes in the steel manufacturing industry. Preparation of welding surface is an integral part prior to welding and it also can be done by laser cleaning equipment. All oxide (which could reduce the quality of the welded joint) can be removed from aluminium using laser ray. Whereas the burn parts (that arise as a result of welding) can be removed from stainless steel welded joints.
